Ever wondered how computer games and short animations are made? This week in CGI our campers are coders in training! They have learned the basics of coding using a special software just for education purposes. Campers are given guidelines but are free to create anything they want using the software.

Campers will learn basic software development techniques and use drag and drop tools to design and program projects. Today, campers worked on simple games and then took turns playing each other’s games! Some campers wrote short stories and built animations to tell the stories. Friends and families will be invited to explore your integrated development environment (IDE) and discover how code was developed within that environment.
