Campers in Web Design 4 Kids get to spend the week designing and building their own websites! Today they started to learn the basic of creating a website and how to use Google Sites software. Throughout the week they will also be introduced to simple graphic design software.
Each camper gets to come up with their own topic for the website. Some of the topics already in the works are “all things weird” and “summer fun.” After the mini web designers came up with topics, they drew up rough sketches of their homepages and four subpages. As most web designers do, it is important to get your ideas down on paper before diving into the real thing. On Friday, parents can come see the awesome sites campers have worked on all week!
